It uses a swipe-based system similar to dating apps, allowing users to quickly browse and connect with each other. By creating a free account, creating a profile, and swiping left (to indicate "no") or swiping right (to indicate "yes") you can choose which business or applicant is suitable. Once both users (applicant and employer) swipe right on on another, a match is formed. After a match, either party can use our in-app messaging to communicate regarding the desired position.

    No, TMPO does not collect, sell, or store any user database.
