How does TMPO work?

TMPO is an app that helps businesses find employees and job seekers find their next career opportunity. It uses a swipe-based system similar to dating apps, allowing users to quickly browse and connect with each other. By creating a free account, creating a profile, and swiping left (to indicate "no") or swiping right (to indicate "yes") you can choose which business or applicant is suitable. Once both users (applicant and employer) swipe right on on another, a match is formed. After a match, either party can use our in-app messaging to communicate regarding the desired position.
Does TMPO collect my data?
